The COVID-19 Coronavirus epidemic requires extra precautions to minimise the risk of spreading the virus from surface contact between guest stays.

• Disinfect high-touch areas, such as light switches, doors, handles, tv remotes, kitchen appliance areas.
• Use sanitising surface spray on all soft furnishings, mattresses and pillows.
• Sanitise all linen and towels by a high-temperature laundering process and then seal for transport back to the property.
• Use chemicals approved by the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods.
• Wash their hands thoroughly at least once every 30 minutes and use hand sanitiser in-between.
• Wear a mask and gloves while cleaning your property.
• Sterilise door handles, keypads, lockboxes and keys when leaving the property.
